Cynthia "Cindy" Aurora Vortex, Cynthia Aurora Vortex, Cynthia Vortex; also Cindy Aurora Vortex, or simply Cindy Vortex, is Jimmy Neutron's cute and beautiful girlfriend. She is considered one of the main characters and she helps her friends out on their adventures many times. Cindy is voiced by Carolyn Lawrence, who also performed the voice of Sandy Cheeks from the famous SpongeBob SquarePants series.

Cindy is basically the hero-cute blond role. She is is a very smart, cute, beautiful, kind, prideful, intelligent, and independent character. She was shown with these personality traits throughout the series.
Cindy is a 10-year-old blond-haired girl with green eyes. She wears a fading-green shirt with stripes and wears her hair in a pony tail. In her debut, she wore a pink shirt with black jeans and pink sneakers and wore her hair in pigtails. She's very good at tai-chi. Her close friend is Libby. She has a dog named Humphrey. In the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour trilogy, Cindy has a relationship with Timmy Turner.

In the first season, she crushes on Nick Dean. In the third season, nicknamed "The Relationship Season", their relationship begins to show through much more, and they start dating. In the series finale of "Jimmy Neutron", she and Jimmy kiss, and they become a couple.
